Acer unveiled its latest product lineup during its next@acer 2018 global press conference held in New-York on Wednesday, 23rd May 2018. The company launched a series of high-end laptops, desktops, Notebooks, Chromebooks & accessories, however, the first & most noticeable ones to be announced at the event were Acer’s new and impressive range of Gaming Laptops & PCs.

These feature-packed gaming products include Acer Predator Helios 500 gaming laptop, Nitro 50 Series gaming desktops and Predator Orion 5000 gaming desktops.

Acer Predator Helios 500 Gaming Laptop

Predator Helios 500 is a 17.3-inch Laptop that is claimed to be a gaming powerhouse. It is released as a bigger & better successor to Helios 300 launched last year and featured powerful graphics & processors. It includes Intel’s 8th-generation Core i9+ 8950HK processor, GTX 1070 GPU with 8GB of memory and 16GB or DDR4 R1TB of RAM that can be expanded to 64GB. The gamers have the option to choose from a 4K Ultra-HD panel or a 1080p full IPS display with 144Hz refresh rate. The laptop uses Acer’s dual AeroBlade 3D metal fans for improved cooling, that can be controlled via Predator Sense app. Additional features include two speakers, a subwoofer and an RGB backlit keyboard that uses built-in LED lighting and offer 4 lighting zones and support for Acer true harmony and Waves MAXXAudio Technology. Acer Nitro 50 Series Gaming Desktops

Acer Nitro 50 series Desktop is a budget-oriented, gaming-specialized addition to acer’s Nitro family that offers outstanding specs at an amazingly affordable price. It is powered by Intel’s Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7processors and uses either Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 1070 or AMD’s Radeon RX 580 Video cards for graphics acceleration.
