Asus the Taiwanese based company has launched its 3-in one padFone in India,
The latest PadFone is powered by Android Ice Cream Sandwich with a 4.3 inch screen and when connected to PadFone location it changed into an Android tablet with 10.1 inch screen.
The prominent features of Asus PadFone are as follows

The PadFone even make available all the PadFone processing and storage capabilities when the two are curtailed so it’s easier for user all games , apps , documents are always be available. The user is allowed to resume where they left off after moving from pad to phone without the start over gain.
When docked, the PadFone Station uses the PadFone’s 3G connection for internet access, so users only need one data plan for two devices.
The PadFone has its own keyboard; it also comes with an optional Bluetooth stylus headset, which is both a headset and a stylus.
